Ecosystem Manager - Signal Conditioning ICs

Job Description
Phison’s is hiring an Ecosystem’s Manager for our Signal Conditioning ICs of Redrivers and Retimers. We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with motherboard, CPU, and chassis manufacturers in a technical role related to the PCIe interface.

The duties of the Ecosystems Manager is to work with partner companies to have Phison IC’s added to approved vendor lists, receive industry standards certifications, and also design-in Phison IC’s with high profile OEM customers. There will be opportunities to visit trade shows and speak on subject panels. The candidate would ideally be located in San Jose, CA or Broomfield, CO areas and will be a hybrid of travel, working from home, and working from our Phison office.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering fields
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a technical or marketing role on products related to signal conditioning. Storage experience would be a plus
  • Ability to create new content in PowerPoint and Excel that compel business plans
  • Ability to create professional business correspondence in English. Chinese language skills are not required but highly desirable


Required Experience

  • Technical knowledge of PCIe, CXL, CPU and GPU capabilities and roadmaps
  • Direct experience working with OEM customers, ideally to include chassis, cloud and systems manufacturers
  • Direct experience working with industry standards committees


Responsibilities

  • Create and Execute an Ecosystem Engagement Plan by understanding Phison IC products’ timelines, capabilities, and the influencing standards and partners that trigger new revenue
  • Become a product expert to evangelize Phison IC features and advantages
  • Partner with our HQ engineering team to provide customer status and actions to achieve revenue. Acquire voice of customer input and feedback to the engineering team to develop new products
